well, i found i dont perticually like gigs so much bcoz they end up very overly crowded that puts me of, as did the muso last week ith the swarms and swarms of underage drinks, nothing against them but they are now taking over the place, but with no doubt i will still be there tonnite.
thats why i perctually like park lane, its less over crowded and spaced out.
p.s im normally not as bored if drunk, i went o park lane one week sober and then i was quite bored

being with my friends... people around me having a good time, and excellent music. being drunk isnt everything, i mean, it does help with my confidence alot of the time, but i've had some of my best nights out when i've been sober...but also some of the worst :S

I want to know what people think makes a good night.
I'm pretty upset that many people now are more concerned with being overly critical and wanting something else rather than appreciating what is going on.
I'm not just talking about my nights,be it a gig,spiders night(which I don't have a real problem with at all)it doesnt matter.
Next time you feel bored with your surroundings, take a look around and think:
I'm with my friends, where else would I rather be?
Never think-I'm bored, hell look at people having a good time, and smile co they are too
or not as probably will be the case

She has no comfoart inside,
Vegetation of past life.
She has no words left to say,
An illiterate frenzy has taken her.
She doesnt see things anymore,
Although her eyes are more open than most.
She doesnt want this anymore,
Does she even care?
Her barrier of defense now seems imperishable,
Lethargy has now set in.
She used to posess a heart of optimism,
But now her dreams have died,
Along with her will to make the world happy.
She wants to be alone,
But she needs the safety of friendship.
Where can she be alone? herself?
Only within her crypted mind.
Sceptical girl, bitter, angry,
Will this puzzle ever be solved?

for me it really depends what i'm expecting to get out of it before i go. If i'm in a good mood, know i don't have to worry about anything money related and the people i'm with have all come in the same mood as me then i usually enjoy myself. I hardly ever enjoy myself if theres been a big build up (unless it's a big gig or summats) cos i'll always have imagined what it will be like too much and end up disappointed, and i've always preferred gigs to rock nights cos i'm not much of a dancer and i usually cant hear what people are saying to me! not that any of this effects any one on here or 'owt...just just thought i'd post anyway...
